No Seller Contribution, No Promissory Note. 

GMAC 1st / Citmortgage 2nd: Sale Price $295,000 (Total Balance Owed of $491,126)

GMAC 1st with a balance of $395,700. GMAC accepted short payoff of $266,243.

Citimortgage 2nd with a balance of $95,426.  Citimortgage accepted short payoff of $9,600.

No Seller Contribution, No Promissory Note.  GMAC waived their deficiency rights.

 

OneWest 1st / OneWest 2nd: Sale Price $143,000 (Total Balance Owed of $271,575)

OneWest 1st with a balance of $227,920. OneWest accepted a short payoff of $124,490.

OneWest 2nd with a balance of $43,655. OneWest accepted a short payoff of $2,000.

No Seller Contribution, No Promissory Note. Both loans were non-recourse (purchase) loans.

 

OneWest 1st / GreenTree 2nd: Sale Price $113,000 (Total Balance Owed of $290,465)

OneWest 1st with a balance of $233,410. OneWest accepted a short payoff of $97,424.

GreenTree 2nd with a balance of $56,945. GreenTree accepted a short payoff of $5,850.

No Seller Contribution, No Promissory Note.  Both loans were non-recourse (purchase) loans.
